Delivery cooked soybean milk to coagulate machine, add quantity soybean milk and coagulant into coagulate bucket, mixing, water absorption time, filling tofu into the mold by following the tofu form process.
The automatic coagulate Tofu equipment could upgrade the whole production line efficient included Fixed Quantity soybean milk → Fixed Quantity Coagulation → Mix soybean milk with Coagulation → Transpose the Coagulate Bucket → Mixing → Filling into Mold → Coagulate and Delivery.
It's efficient to use HMI to adjust machine's working and parameter.
It could produce a transparent cover on the coagulate machine by following the CE standard.
