Tofu Hero is a semi-automatic solution to simplify the fully automated tofu production line. It can immediately improve the automation of the tofu factory in the manual production stage, or allow the food makers who intends to enter the tofu market to build a tofu manufacturing line at lower cost. Only 2 operators needed to produce 250 to 300 KG of tofu per hour.

Tofu Hero: raw soybean processed 120kg per hour
a. Without defoamer, the processing capacity of raw soybean is 100 to 120kg per hour
b. With defoamer, the processing capacity of raw soybean is 150 to 180kg per hour
The output of natural standard tofu is 250 to 300 kg per hour by 2.5 production magnification.
Firm tofu is 180 to 216 kg per hour by 1.8 production magnification.
The workflow of Tofu Hero:
1. An optional dry bean tank can be poured the dry bean into the specific trough, and screwing the soybean to the soaking trough while squeezing the soymilk.
2. Settable timer to automatically fill the water and soak the soybean. If the water line is below the water indicative marker, that will automatically add more water until the water line above the water indicative marker.
3.After the soybean soaking, open the valve manually to suck the wet soybean out and transport to F1401 to grinding for removing the slag. Defoamer dosing device is optional that defoamer can increase the processing capacity to soybean.
4.By the batch cooking method, after the soybean milk is fully cooked, it will be temporarily stored in the buffer barrel. Then both the soybean milk and coagulant will be quantitatively injected into the coagulation barrel.
5.The coagulation barrel with settable functions to input the parameters such as coagulation time, pulping time, embossing time and so on. After solidification, the tofu pudding will be poured automatically into the tofu mold.
6. The design of 4 pressing tables to tofu pressing, and the pressing table pressure can be adjusted manually.
7. After pressing, use the manual turning device to take out the bottom mold. The manual turning device is equipped with an air cylinder which can fix the whole tofu plate to keep the tofu stay on the nearby position during turning.
8. The compact cutting machine can automatically turn the bottom mold by 90 degrees that is easy to cut the tofu by the operator with handing the knife.
