Dosas are very thin pancakes usually made from rice and urad dhal (also known as split black lentils or black gram). This crepe-like food of India is very thin and crispy, with a taste similar to sourdough bread. Dosas can be made small, for individuals, or larger, for people to share. They are a good source of protein and are relatively easy to make. Dosas are eaten for breakfast, dinner, or even as a snack item. An all-time South Indian classic, dosa is ubiquitous in India.

How to make dosa? Dosa is made by rice. First, we should soaking with rice. But people spending a lot of time in soaking process. They spend an average of six hours in the soaking process. So people think making dosa is a huge work and waste tome. But if you have a well grinding machine, it will decrease soaking time and finish making process quickly. So we recommend you to adopt EVERSOON’s grinding machine. And according our Indian customer feedback, they spend half hour to soak only.
