A coagulant is added to the boiled-pulp soy milk, then the mix is stirred and filled into boxes for tofu molding.
The production line cannot be processed manually, YUNG SOON LIH FOOD MACHINE's tofu coagulation devices function automatically (including procedures from soy milk metering, coagulant metering, soy milk and coagulant mixture, stirring, and filling to pasteurization cooling) to promote overall production line efficiency.
