A coagulant is added to the boiled-pulp soybean milk, then the mix is stirred and filled into boxes for tofu molding.
The production line cannot be processed manually, YUNG SOON LIH FOOD MACHINE's tofu coagulation devices function automatically (including procedures from soybean milk metering, coagulant metering, soybean milk and coagulant mixture, stirring, and filling to pasteurization cooling) to promote overall production line efficiency.
In addition, tofu coagulation devices can be seen through transparent partitions, respecting CE certification of the European market, so that the devices will stand in line with production operation standards.
